LED Stroboscope

A stroboscope can be used to "freeze" moving machinery. The basic idea is to synchronize the flashing light of the stroboscope with the machine so that the light flashes at precisely the same point in each cycle of the machine. This easy-to-build, low-cost LED stroboscope is an ideal project for beginners and of use to everyone.
